Reservations & Cancellations
Sedan, SUV, and Van (Transfers Only):
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time to avoid being charged 100% of the estimated trip total.
Sedan, SUV, and Van (Hourly Bookings – 3 hours or more):
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit becomes non-refundable 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the estimated trip total.
All Other Vehicles (Limousine, Limo Bus, Van Terra, Minibus, or Bus):
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
